Aromas Soccer Field Use Agreement

After 4 years of negotiations, AYSC has secured a 6-year agreement with ACCF to use the Aromas Soccer Field for our Fall Season through 2030. We want to be fully transparent with the community regarding the cost and field use rules. In summary, the field use costs AYSC increased 10% each year, with a final cost in 2030 of $10,021. This amounts to approximately $66 p/player (assuming 150 players per season). The following table summarizes the yearly payment schedule:

Yearly payment schedule AYSC pays ACCF to use the field: 

• 2025: $8,732- $3,000 mower buyout = $5,732

• 2026: $8,904 

• 2027: $9,171

• 2028: $9,446

• 2029: $9,729

• 2030: $10,021

Graniterock has generously offered to donate funds each year to help offset this cost. In addition to annual fundraising events, sponsorships, and player fees, AYSC is implementing a long-term strategy to ensure registration costs remain affordable for Aromas families, while meeting our financial obligations to use the Aromas Soccer Field.
